About this event

A 5-day retreat at Amseltango in Barnin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern — combining Contact Improvisation and somatic bodywork in a rural setting about 2.5 hours north of Berlin. Structure: Mornings: Contact Improvisation with Vega Luukkonen, Hugh Stanier, and Keya Richter — developmental movement patterns, fluid transitions, weight and touch. Afternoons: Guided hands-on bodywork and experiential anatomy — exploring presence, awareness, and the inner landscape. Evenings: Open jams with live music by AndieSound (Andrea Junge). Sauna and fireside gatherings. Vegetarian meals prepared on site by Sarina Panahideh. Accommodation (tent or shared room, €20–40/night) booked separately.
