About this event
Yearly Contact Improvisation and contemporary dance camp at Camino Art House, Gran Canaria. "COMP" plays on words -- COMPosition, COntemporary, COntact, iMProvisation, COnnakol -- fusing dance styles to deepen body awareness, confidence, and spatial play. Includes a Konnakol (ancient rhythm chanting) focus, trips to natural environments (dunes, beach, rocks, mountain) to practice dancing outdoors, and a city day in Las Palmas dancing on a proper floor. Concludes with a performance marking the zero day of the Let Me Bloom 26 festival.
