Silent Contact Retreat

About this event

A week-long immersive retreat combining Contact Improvisation and silence, held at Taoyuanxiu Ecological Farm in Songming County, Kunming, Yunnan. There are no classes and no verbal instruction. The days unfold through jams, authentic movement sessions, and dancing scores — with space to rest, eat, and be together without words. Set in a forested farm landscape with organic vegetarian meals prepared on site. The retreat is open to experienced CI practitioners only (minimum 2 years of regular practice). No phones or devices during practice sessions. Shared accommodation included. Facilitated by Alessandro Rivellino, Aluna Moon, and Steven LeBlanc. **Participation is by application.** A non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of acceptance.
