A weekend Contact Improvisation workshop for experienced dancers in Hamburg (September 4–6, 2026) with Swiss CI teacher Adrian Russi, exploring "Wellenreiten": wave-riding, surrendering to momentum, following gravity, and moving in shared flow with a partner. The workshop investigates how inner attention and refined movement technique combine to shape a living dance from both subtle and larger waves of movement. Friday evening plus full days Saturday and Sunday at Triade. A non-refundable deposit of €60 secures a booking.
