A six-weekend training group combining Contact Improvisation and Body-Mind Centering®, held in Bonn from October 2026 to June 2027 with Tanja Striezel and Friederike Tröscher. Body-Mind Centering® invites you to understand your own anatomy through direct experience, while Contact Improvisation opens a field to explore movement impulses, patterns and expression with others. Across the year the two approaches feed each other: each weekend takes up a focus theme, and touch, weight-sharing and communication are explored from both directions, in a group that stays together over the whole cycle. For people with a basic knowledge of Contact Improvisation and jam experience. Taught in German. Saturdays 10:30-18:30, Sundays 10:00-17:00, with a lunch break. Five of the six weekends take place at Zentrum für Bewegung & Lebenskunst, Kessenicher Str. 217; the October weekend is at Johannesschule, Rehfuesstr. 38. Registration by email. The fee is on a self-assessed sliding scale, payment by instalments is possible, and 1-2 places are available at a further reduced rate.
