About this event
A Contact Improvisation basics workshop in Bern with Adrian Russi, to discover, refresh, or deepen CI fundamentals. A contact duet often begins with two dancers leaning into each other, listening into the shifting point of contact, and finding a shared flow of movement. Through playful communication via touch, movement, and weight, new possibilities keep emerging: rolling, falling, flying, being carried. This is the second of two linked weekends (the first ran September 19-20, 2026); the two build on each other but can also be attended separately. Runs 10:30-17:00 both days. Open to all experience levels, taught in German, French, and English. Sleeping in the studio is possible; participants arrange their own insurance.
