About the venue
L'Imparfait is a choreographic exploration centre 3 km from the village of Cabasse in the Var, Provence, founded by dancer and choreographer Thierry Giannarelli. The permanent residence comprises a 120 m² dance studio and a large farmhouse providing residential accommodation, embedded in the Mediterranean garrigue landscape. The centre specialises in improvised dance, Contact Improvisation, and somatic arts, hosting professional and open workshops and multi-day stages throughout the year.
