Rooted in the tradition of Vipassana meditation; sitting and organizing non-profit retreats has been an essential part of his life for the past 15 years. Extensive experience working with groups -- through his educational work, invites people to reconnect with nature and with themselves. Discovered Contact Improvisation five years ago and continues to be inspired by its vitality. Studies Contemporary Dance and CI with various teachers in Freiburg. Since 2025, facilitates an open lab and organizes jams at Move and E-Werk. Fascinated by the potential that can emerge from a co-creative, exploring presence in the space; values preserving the open and non-commercial spirit of CI events.
