Sébastien Prats (France) draws on two roots in his professional experience: over 25 years in musical production, artistic creation, live shows, concerts, and stage performance, as a performer and event organizer; and more than 10 years of teaching practice in wellbeing, health, relaxation, and meditation. His workshop offering, "Spontaneous Singing," creates a sacred space-time to find oneself and come together in a fraternal, creative, joyful spirit — untying and energizing the space through song, dance, sound, and movement in co-creation. This improvised singing space is designed to free the body, connect with direct expression, and process emotional material that cannot be verbalized, whether pre-syntactic or unconscious — a group practice that calms the mind and strengthens confidence, self-esteem, and inner joy.
