About
Co-founder of the Innercore Movement and Contact Improvisation Festival alongside Diana Pinto, launched in 2023 to promote Contact Improvisation in Portugal's central region. Discovered Contact Improvisation through a broader engagement with movement and the body, and describes it as an art form where bodies flow into a different dimension of movement and connection. Also dances with CORPO Companhia de Dança Inclusiva, an inclusive contemporary dance company based in Leiria.

Held its first Azores edition on São Miguel in May 2026, with Francisco Borges facilitating Contact Improvisation alongside Martim Varela (Movement).
