About
Movement educator with over 20 years of experience. Trained as a Chinese Contemporary dancer at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, where she began practicing GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS. Has studied directly with GYROTONIC founder Juliu Horvath since 1998 and is a Specialised Master Trainer in both methods, the first Chinese trainer able to teach them in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Also a certified Polestar Pilates trainer, with additional training in neuromuscular massage therapy, kinesiopathology, Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, and Tai Chi. Teaches on the faculty at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts School of Dance and runs Nonie Studio in Hong Kong.
