About
Belgian Contact Improvisation and conscious dance teacher. Discovered free dance at 18 via 5Rhythms, trained in modern dance at Wisper and dance therapy at Agape, and studied Butoh across Europe. Since 2021 she has been deepening Contact Dance practice in Colombia and Belgium. Trained in Hatha and Yin Yoga since 18; teaches yoga in Colombia and at De Wilde Weg since 2013. Organised the first Silent Contact Retreat in Colombia (2025). Her teaching centres on connecting people through silence and embodied awareness.
