Lorena Castro

About

Biology graduate with a focus on agroecology and small-scale farming, based at Ökodorf Sieben Linden ecovillage where she is part of the leadership team and volunteers coordinator for the community gardens. When not working with plants, she guides and participates in group processes oriented toward social change. Has practised AcroYoga and partner acrobatics for over eight years in Mexico, Canada and Germany, and has been a certified yoga teacher (200 hrs) since 2017. Shares AcroYoga by weaving together yoga, Thai massage and acrobatics to cultivate trust, connection, and playfulness.
