Lella Heindl

About

Has been dancing since 1987. Her path led through energetics, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Lomi Lomi massage before discovering Contact Improvisation — an expression of presence where encounter, joy, and healing merge. Teaches CI since 2013, mostly at festivals. Since 2023 organises Contact in Paradise with her team, creating space for great teachers and musicians to share the colourful diversity of CI. Currently deepening her practice through Trager Bodywork and neurosystemic integration (trauma-sensitive coaching).
