About
Rooted in the tradition of Vipassana meditation; sitting and organizing non-profit retreats has been an essential part of her life for the past 15 years. Deeply engaged in Contact Improvisation since 2019 -- a continuous process of learning and self-exploration guided by playfulness, "kinaesthetic delight," and increasingly subtle somatic connections. Studies with teachers including Gabriele Koch, Tanja Striezel, and Elske Seidel. Co-organized JamJam, an improvisation festival in Velbert, as part of a collective from 2022 to 2024. Has hosted the Essen Contact Jam and organized CI workshops with renowned teachers for the past two years. As a space holder, brings a clear and sensitive presence in which equality and inclusivity are especially important to her.
