Joana Torelló
About
Contemporary and classical dancer, crystal therapy practitioner, and unified kinesiology practitioner, facilitating contact improvisation. Her path integrates bodywork, energy work, and expressive movement, offering accessible spaces of listening, presence, and conscious movement where people can reconnect with their bodies, history, and expressive and self-regulating capacity. She trained as a professional classical and contemporary dancer, performing with the Ballet National du Capitole de Toulouse, later training in crystal therapy and unified kinesiology, and in Orly Portal's methodology exploring the pelvis as a "portal" of memory, power, and connection. She is currently developing Danza Sutil, her own methodology integrating the practices from her path.
