About

Contact Improvisation teacher and Bowen Technique therapist, originally from Chania, Greece. Holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and trained in contemporary dance and physical theatre. Regularly organizes Contact Improvisation workshops, Contact Jam meetings, and seminars in Athens, and offers individual Bowen Technique sessions. Also developed Contakids, a free dance program for children and their parents, and is working to establish it across Greece as part of an international network active in 35 countries.
