Ilona Kenova

About

Ilona Kenova is a dancer and teacher whose work bridges body awareness, somatics, and creative exploration. Her teaching focuses on helping dancers develop listening skills and embodied intelligence. She co-teaches the Contact Improvisation class "Tonus and Motion" with Mirva Mäkinen.
