Interdisciplinary performing artist, scholar, and teacher specializing in contemporary dance, improvisation, contact improvisation, collaborative performance, interdisciplinary performance, and dance film. Trained in both dance and music, often exploring the intersections between the two in performance. Has performed with numerous artists and collectives including Lower Left, The No Collective, the Lawrence University Saxophone Ensemble, and Artship Initiatives. Has taught independently for over ten years. As a teacher, Heidi strives to be generous and affirming.
