About this event

A 4-day residential retreat in the Labanoras Forest of Lithuania, held at Labas Noras — a retreat space embedded in nature, with lake and forest on the doorstep. Facilitated by Aistė Jančiūtė and Živilė Virkutytė, the retreat weaves together two distinct threads: **Contact Improvisation** with Aistė — a focus on weight sharing, soft falling, rolling, and gravity. Moving through the full spectrum from dynamic to slow and tender, finding the ground as partner. Practice oriented, with space for personal research within the form. **Somatic Nature Walks** with Živilė — bringing interoceptive awareness into movement through the forest. Each walk is a slow, attentive encounter with the living landscape: listening inward and outward at the same time. Ecological and poetic. Open to all levels. Meals included. Accommodation options: shared indoor room with mattress and bedding (€300), indoor with own sleeping gear (€280), or outdoor tent (€250). A 2-day participation option is also available (€280).
