About this event

MiRUA CAMP's 9th edition: twelve days of CI, cohabitation, and connection with body and nature in the Asturian mountains at Casa Mirua. Special guest teacher Manu Paredes leads daily CI training sessions combining contact improv principles with somatic practices: Play Dance, Restorative Somatics (Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Antigymnastics), basic movement techniques, and Contact-Thai (therapeutic acro-yoga postures and Thai massage bodywork). Daily structure weaves energetic morning practices (8h), CI training (11h), afternoon labs, personal rest time, and evening jams with diverse focuses (blind jam, silent jam, Underscore, etc.). Max 20 participants. Food included (ovo-lacto-vegetarian, garden produce). Accommodation: tent/van or shared room.
