About this event
Contact Improvisation as Social Enquiry Across two and a half days, we will move through a series of carefully designed exercises, improvisational scores and collective explorations. We will work with orientation and disorientation, noticing ourselves in relation to others before making contact. We will practice recognizing invitations rather than assumptions, allowing touch to become something negotiated rather than automatic. Through weight-sharing, falling, following and supporting, we will explore how responsibility is built moment by moment—not as generosity, but as something created together. No previous experience with Contact Improvisation is required. Only curiosity, respect and a willingness to investigate together.
