FRU Dance Camp 2026

FRU Dance Camp is an intimate summer retreat for up to 30 participants dedicated to dance improvisation and contact improvisation, held outside the city and immersed in nature. Designed for practitioners with prior dance experience, the camp supports deepening practice through movement, touch, relationship, and presence in conditions that foster focus, rest and regeneration. Days follow a clear, supportive rhythm: morning movement practice, improvisation and contact improvisation sessions, indoor and outdoor work, time for rest and integration, and evening live-music jams or shared circles. The program includes workshops, live music, communal vegetarian meals, and connection with lakes, forests and sauna. Practical information: Aug 12–16, 2026. Accommodation options include own tent, camper, or shared house (limited places). Registration requires a non-refundable 100 EUR deposit to secure a place; selection is based on order of application.
