A 5-day Contact Improvisation workshop with Adrian Russi in Bern — 'Im Feld der Möglichkeiten: wie lebendige Hände den Tanz bereichern' (In the Field of Possibilities: how living hands enrich the dance). Focus: the role of hands in CI — how they can invite, open, and enable connection, or restrict and control. The workshop explores this with nuance and a sense of meaning: how do hands support a living, connected, and pleasurable dance, and when do they become a limitation where control takes over from creativity? Themes include: hands on the floor and Small Dance on all-fours; reach and smooth navigation of movement flow; invitation vs manipulation; self-determination within shared dance. Whether in solo, duet, or group — consciously integrating the hands expands the space for encounter. Daily 10:00–16:30. A few sleeping spots available in the studio. 5 minutes from Bern Hauptbahnhof, 15 minutes to the Aare river bathing area. **1.
