Condensed 3-day version of the Intensive Contact Improvisation workshop in Amsterdam with Tom Goldhand. Explore how to be light as a feather and land quietly on the floor like a cat. Practice using the entire body — muscles, bones and joints — to refine movement capabilities. Investigate spirals as pathways to the air and down to the ground, and learn to override fear reactions into free-form flying. The workshop addresses four key concepts: Tension, Intention, Attention, and Extension. Intended for intermediate practitioners of Contact Improvisation — not suitable for complete beginners.
